Outline & Structure: Essay will require some knowledge about specific part of of UK healthcare system (this will be discussed privately). It will require moderate amount of research to be done. However I will provide sources that will have to be referenced and used to complete this task. Work has to include complete Harvard style references list (not included in the word count).

As mentioned in the topic, essay is based on Gibbs reflective cycle. As this is reflection, I will provide writer with brief description of specific situation with my thoughts and feelings that should be included in the essay.
