Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are launching a new free website blog recommending everything and anything cool and interesting within London city.
We will cover quite a range of interests and are seeking a good proof reader / editor to work 2-3 hours per week from home proof reading content before it goes on the website.
We currently have 10 blog writers who are tasked with providing 1 blog per month with 10-20 short recommendations (100-150 words). These come with pictures, and contact information.
What we need from your services:
• Proof the 10 or so blogs which come in each month (average of 2-3 per week)
• Respond to bloggers requesting any amendments, with any editing guidelines.
• Add finalised blogs to our shared online archive – this can be linked to one of your drives for easy access.
• Proof photo permission slips and make sure photos without slips are not infringing copyright laws.
• Put the odd post and tweet on our pages as a team member
• We will provide you with your own company email address to receive blogs which you can set up in Outlook.
We need someone who is proactive and can commit to the time we need each week, thoroughness and attention to detail is a must, and able to do this within a reasonable timescale is essential.
This is a free website for the foreseeable so we are on a tight budget, but we need someone with professional experience to handle this on an ongoing basis.
You will have the opportunity to become a part of our team (15-20 people), get invited to our social event meet ups, and any perks we can get through our marketing we will also throw in your direction.
We look forward to receiving your bids.
