This Back-To-School season has seen thousands of children return to school and some start school for the first time. We are proud to be a part of this special time and honoured to supply the uniform they wear every day.
We understand that there have been some delays with in-store orders & online orders, however we have identified the hold up and are working hard to get those orders out as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologise if your child/children have started school this year without their complete uniform, the majority of PSW staff are parents and we more than understand the disappointment in not having your uniform for the first day back.
Should you need to contact us, we have 2 new email addresses, please use only one for your enquiry.
• If you placed a parent order for an out-of-stock item in a store, please email parentorder@psw.com.au .
• If you placed an order via our eStore please email weborder@psw.com.au .
We will be able to respond to emails much faster than phone calls and voice messages. You should also be aware that your school Principal has been notified so if you child is out of uniform there will be no repercussions.
