Description
Blog/website URL: http://www.lifeadvancer.com
Information for the blog/website: LifeAdvancer is a source for those who want to improve the overall quality of their life, become more successful, happy & healthy and make the world a better place to live in
Topic: health & wellness, science & technology, environment, relationships, self-improvement, success and other related topics
Tone: Sincere
Outline & Structure: Native English speaker needed for writing articles for the website www.lifeadvancer.com
The blog's topics include health & wellness, science & technology, environment, relationships, self-improvement, success and other related topics. The main idea of the site is to post content that can help people improve the overall quality of their lives.
Please note that we need a person who will contribute articles on a REGULAR basis - at least 2-3 articles a week! We would also prefer to work with a person who is really interested in these topics and shares the main idea and values promoted by the site.
Basic SEO skills and Wordpress experience are an advantage.
Payment: 21$ per 3 articles. The price can be negotiated but please don't apply if your rates are SEVERAL times higher than what we offer. We will pay more only if we (and our readers) love your writing and the topics you choose, and if you contribute on a REGULAR basis.
P.S. don't forget to attach your previous works

Would you produce that amount of copy at those low rates? If the answer is YES then do it yourself, instead of exploiting freelancers.
-
Good luck finding a native English speaker for those rates!

Does it not prick your conscience that you are offering such shockingly low rates? Imagine another scenario: "We are a newly opened restaurant and do not know yet if our customers will come back to us or spread the word. As we are new our budget is small, so we can only pay you a couple of euros per hour. If we are successful we will then look at reviewing your rates."

Yes I read the advert and at the time of writing it clearly said $15. But if it's $21, count me in. That extra $7 makes all the difference. I understand you are a small start up, but if want writers of calibre, or any writer at all come to that, I do recommend you review your rates.
Anna I.03 Mar 2017Thank you for the advice. Let me give you one as well: just ignore job postings you are not interested in.

Interesting topic - shame about the rates
Anna I.02 Mar 2017we are a small website and cannot offer great rates, so if you are not interested, simply ignore this job posting.

$15 for three articles?? Do you realise how little you're offering for payment? You should be ashamed, that's terrible
Anna I.02 Mar 2017did you even read the advert? it clearly states 21, not 15. in any case, we are a small website and cannot offer great rates, so if you are not interested, simply ignore this job posting.
Anneka D.02 Mar 2017So you think $7 an article is better? That's less than minimum wage per hour, and its shockingly low. Buy less content at better rates so that you're being fair and not offering slave labour

Is $15 for 3 x 400-800 word articles correct? If so, this is a very very low budget. I am interested in your topic, but these rates devalue writers.
