Description
Experience Level: Entry
Num. of articles: 1
Words per article: 2000
Information for the blog/website: fitness and fun
Industry: Sports and Fitness
Topic: Being Active is Easy
Tone: Informal/Casual
Outline & Structure: LIST with small detail for each item
Extensive research needed: no
Extra notes: I want to commission a new job - 50 'Ways to be more active'
A list basically, with each item having a little pep talk
Eg -
1. Walk to work
Walking helps clear your head and surely it is great to start a day at work with a clear head! Even if you can't walk all the way from home to work, think about how you might get off the bus or train one stop earlier and add just a few more steps to your day.
2. Use a step tracker
Walking 10,000 steps a day should be your minimum goal. If you use a smart phone, there are loads of free step trackers in your app store - simply download and your phone will start tracking how many steps you take!
I would like to commission this at an hourly rate of £8 per hour, and a maximum of 3 hours work
PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXAMPLE IN YOUR RESPONSE SO I CANT SELECT YOU VS OTHER APPLICANTS
