Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Num. of articles: 1
Words per article: 1000
Information for the blog/website: We publish a magazine aimed at people with disabilities
Industry: Publishing/Journalism
Topic: Outdoor Activities for disabled people
Tone: Enthusiastic
Outline & Structure: We publish a magazine aimed at people with disabilities
Brief:
The outdoors lends itself to a huge variety of activities. With space in abundance and no real need to keep the noise down, it’s a great place to let of steam. This, of course, is also the backdrop of sporting pursuits but for now we’d like to explore other activities that aren’t based around sport but that still enable disabled people to get something satisfying back from the open air.
Note for writer: Remember the broad range of disability from physical, through to sensory, learning and mental issues. I’d like to see a wide range of outdoor activities that encompass physical activities and mental/sensory stimulation. Please steer clear from sports since we have a sports focus in a forthcoming edition.
