Description
This is a full time role, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (GMT - minus lunch and morning and afternoon breaks). We are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire so would prefer someone on site however, we’re happy to consider a remote worker with a strong portfolio. You would need to be available on Skype during working hours and deliver work consistently through the day as you would if you were working in our office.
Typical tasks:
• Writing press releases
• Writing blog posts
• Creating PR planners and blog planners
• Writing web content
• Writing social media posts
• Writing product descriptions
We are a thriving digital agency and our clients span a diverse range of sectors and topics. Typically briefs will cover technology, ecommerce, fashion and beauty, food and drink, fitness, business, retail and homes and leisure so we’re looking for someone who has proven copywriting expertise, either as a freelancer, in-house or at an agency.
You’d be providing cover for a staff member who will be on leave. We’d provide briefs via our project management system and you’d work as part of our agency team for the period stated. We are also recruiting for a number of full time copywriter positions due to growth so a successful cover period could lead to an offer of a permanent role.
With your application please send three examples of your previous work, one a PR, one a blog and one a page of web content or product descriptions, ideally across different industries or topics as we don’t want someone who only specialises in one industry.

Should know better than to list a job that pays below minimum wage as high value. Pity PPH does nothing.
Rebecca (Dakota Digital Ltd) A.01 May 2018Hi there, PPH automatically marks the job as a high value one, it isn't something we have done. When posting a job, a rough budget is requested then PPH itself assigns a high value tag - this isn't something the job poster can amend it seems. The budget is a rough placeholder for around 6.5 hours work per day (as per job ad it is a standard working day minus lunch hour and break AM and PM) so please do feel free to submit your bid if you have availability.

£1.1k for 4 weeks worth? Um... no thanks.

Sadly that’s below entry level rates. Thanks for the invite anyways.

Is that £1.1k for 4 weeks of work or per week?
