Urdu to English translation - 30 minutes audio to text

Hello,

I have a few interviews from members of Bihari (stranded Pakistani's) camps in Bangladesh that I need translating from Urdu to English - the interviews total apx 31 minutes.

This needs to be super accurate as it's for a short charity documentary and I will cut up the footage into small segments so that it is easier for me to subtitle it afterwards. As this is for subtitles, I will need timecodes next to the translations.

This is fairly urgent, so please indicate the time you would need to complete it.
