Dear clients,

On Holiday Village Knokke, we like to keep our clients satisfied.
All our clients are of equal importance to us, as is the relationship with our neighbours.

The incident yesterday evening was not the first, it however will be the last!
After 10 pm, we need the park to be a silent place. Where our guests are able to have a good nightrest.

We are young ourselves and we shurely understand that you want to have a good time in the evening, but other clients can’t be disturbed by this.

This morning, i refunded the invoice of the customers in 114. And i had a visit in my office form several neighbours (houses next to the park). Given the fact i got out bed to come to bungalow 118 and these facts togheter, you might expect this is far from normal.

I do hope that this official warning will have the results that i expect.
If i receive more complaints, i will held the persons personal responsible.
A copy of this letter will be forwarded to Adrian.
