Translating website from English to Urdu - URGENT

Hi,

I need an expert native Urdu speaker translator to translate a straight forward wording website for a telecom company from English to Urdu.

What you need to know:
- It's a MS Word doc. 1260 words approximate.
- Urdu typography needed.
- Payment system: %30 once I receive the completed translation, the other %70 after reviewing the translation (just to make sure it's not Google translate).
- The finish doc. should be MS Word doc. & PDF embedded font, each Urdu translated sentence should be under it's equivalent English.
- Timing: needed ASAP
