Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
The task will be to provide a complete Spanish translation for the English language website LeadershipSpectrum.com. The site contains approximately 21,000 words that will be provided in Excel format similar to the format below. The text to be translated includes content, website text, dialogue box, warnings, etc. Also provided will be a Spanish Language translation of the companion book. This PDF will contain virtually all the text that you will need to translate. If you have difficulty with a word or phrase, you should find it in the Spanish PDF.
The excel spreadsheet is designed to 'plug in' to a program, so you must not add or delete rows or columns. You will find a column titled English with English text, and next to it an empty column titled Spanish Translation. Your task will be to fill in the Spanish Translation column on each row. The Excel spreadsheet will contain about 10 'pages' or tabs. Each will need to be translated.
Thank you!

Why is the term enterprise used?
Most leadership inventories concentrate on personal traits, personal preferences, competencies or style. The Leadership Spectrum Profile® focuses on making smart choices or decisions based on current circumstances and shifting opportunities. Therefore, the focus is on results without labeling people.
The MBTI and DiSC assess how people prefer to relate with others and how they process that information. The premise of these assessments is that these interpersonal preferences are relatively consistent over time, since they reflect a person’s “personality.†They explore style and preference, while the LSP focuses on agility in response to changing realities and circumstances
People who are responsible for goal achievement including executives and managers, team and task force leaders, project or product managers, and team members held accountable for results should take it. People who are not being held accountable for goal achievement would not benefit unless they are developing their skills for the future.
As with any instrument, the time an individual takes varies. On average, the time to complete and score the inventory is 12 to 18 minutes.
It is best to complete the Leadership Spectrum profile® in one session. However, if you save your answers you can return to it later. The results and data are saved on file for a period of thirty days. The application material can be accessed and completed in multiple sessions.
You can print out your Leadership Spectrum profile® scores by using the File->Print menu. Use the File->Page Setup menu option to configure the different print options such as Page Header, Page Footer, URL, Print Background, etc.
