Translate and transcribe Spanish audio files into English

We've got about 385 audio files that range from 5-30 seconds of people answering survey questions about their use of a smartphone app. The audio files are from people in Colombia speaking Spanish and we'd like to transcribe their verbal comments into written English.

We need the work to be complete by end of day on Tuesday April 28th. We typically have people do this work for ~$0.30-0.40/file which would total to $115-160 for the whole batch.
