I need a translation from French to English - Description of spaces for an art projet

I am a media student working on a university project; I gathered some texts describing various locations and I need to have them translated from French to English. It is crutial to keep the essence of the original texts, I assume that the translator would have a great sensivity towards words and their nuances.

Deadline: Sunday 3rd (or Monday morning the latest)

For this job, I will need two translations (first text is between 820 words and the second is 370 words), one or two other texts should follow. Being a student, I have a pretty tight budget for this.
