English-Vietnamese/vietnamese-English Dictionary

We are looking for someone to compile an English-Vietnamese/ Vietnamese dictionary. We will provide an excel file consisting of around 15000 words and you will be required to provide one word vietnamese meaning, along with the phonetic transliteration of the vietnamese word. After this we would compile a Vietnamese-English dictionary, simply by sorting the Vietnamese transliterated word alphabetically. This sorting too will be required to be completed.
