Customer service emails in German, French, Italian and Spanish

We are an on-line business selling various home decoration products in the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

We are looking for one freelancer who can respond to emailed customer queries in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. The responses are going to be pretty standard so don't need an expert knowledge of the languages - just good enough to understand the content of the email and write a response.

Update 19/05 - Just to clarify I am looking for an individual who has a working knowledge of all 5 languages (Italian, Spanish, French, German, English).
