Transcription of a one-on-one interview from a clear audio file.

The total interview is 2:22:28 (four separate audio files). I'm interested in a "clean verbatim" transcript, where the transcribed text doesn't include speech errors, false starts and filler words such as "um" and "hmm" and "er". The transcript should include my questions and full-sentence comments but not when I say things like "right" and "OK" and "I see" and so on. I'll be editing the transcript, so it doesn't have to be 100-percent accurate, but as close as possible. In the near future, I will need close to three hours or more of transcription work completed per week.
