I would like to have my cv/resume written, my old one is an absolute shambles

I have been in the jewellery related industry for 17years,self taught,but with years of onsite training.
how do i make a resume/cv,?i have no idea these days,help...

I want to gear the cv towards prospective clients who need my consultancy work on establishing their precious metals/diamond business in Africa,and secondly i do have retail experience, providing valuation certificates and independent advise etc, to the general public for fine loose and set diamond rings.
I am currently involved on a freelance basis with a gold refining company,also planning to establish itself in Africa.

My immediate goals are to work within a high end jewellery retail environment or forge ahead within the consultancy world.
