I need a short text to be reviewed and optimised

I am currently designing a photography book. This will include a short introduction (maximum four pages) in English, presenting the project, its genesis and my views on portraiture.

I wrote a first version (937 words exactly!) that I would like to submit to a few people to get their feedback in terms of content considering the fact that I feel it is a bit too light as it is right now and needs to be developed. As those people are English native speakers (I am not), I want them to be able to focus on the content without being disturbed by a poor 'packaging'.

Following this, I will most probably have to adapt the text which will therefore require a second round of proofreading.

Would you be so kind to tell me the budget you require for such a job (i.e. the first round of proofreading)? I can email you the text would you need it for your quotation.
