Erotic Book 110 page (a5 word.doc) requires proof / formatting into a print ready PDF

I have written an erotic book for my girlfriend (as she thought 50 shades etc. were rubbish, and I hate her to be disappointed).II now require it to be proof read (my grammar is shocking) and formatted into a ‘print ready’ PDF Demy Octavo size, It measures 216 x 138mm (not sure if that includes bleed etc.)
The right person for this job should have:

- High literacy skills
- Understand the print on demand process and how a book formatting is done
- Have a sense of humour as the contents of the book are bizarre with lots of in jokes
- Must not be offended by
o Swear words
o Sexually explicit writing
o Bad jokes
o Bad grammar
o Bad spelling

I would prefer proofing and formatting to be done to a high standard as the book will be printed in hard back by a professional (as if it were bought in a book shop). So responses like I can have this done in an hour will not do as you cannot read 110 a5 pages in an hour…
