Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I want to create a script to monitor a folder and alert a few recipient when new files enter that folder.
I want to look for a 2 files extension .out and .err.
Some of the files may come in as a zip file. I want the files to be unzipped and transfer to another folder.
I want to know when the files have been moved successfully.
I want to it to check every 5 minutes to see a new file was dropped into the folder
ACAS AZ
Weekly
Monday
Occasionally will upload to the wrong folder.
Reminder at a scheduled time to check if files haven’t been received
Receive as a ZIP file.
CGS to go back to client and request the Surya does the following
For uploaded 837s, please add “837” as a prefix to the zip file name.
837_20171030(1023-1029).zip
Please drop the weekly files into the RAPS_EDPS\ToCentral\837 folder
Once AZ adopts those changes, we can write the rules to pick up and process these files.
What to do with these files?
Copy file to \\internal\acs\DataAssets1\Submission\ACCSAz_837\Inbound
Unzip directly in the Inbound folder.
Archive file from client
Entry to a log (file or database)
Ability to generate Audit Report showing the client, name of the file received and date received. Ability to generate this report on-demand.
