Professional complaint letter

Outline & Structure: i need a strong complaint letter to state my point regarding incidents that happened at my son afternoon club.
this is what i wriiten so far but it is not powerful, i need the staff to be an countable for their behaviour.

I am writing with reference to two incidents that have occurred during my son’s attendance at the After School Club.

Incident One.

It was bought to my attention that when Daniel arrived at the School Hall, he had forgotten his Coat in his Classroom for which he was then allowed/told to return to the Classroom unaccompanied to retrieve his Coat; he was then brought back to After School Club by the Class Teacher.

Incident Two.

As a parent, I find it inappropriate for lipstick and Nail Polish to be put on my 5 year old Son, as my permission was not ascertained.
I find it extremely unhygienic and unprofessional for any adult to apply makeup to a 5 year old boy.
It is essential for me to have confidence in the After School care provided for my Son, and that those providing this service should be duly qualify and professional at all times, and my Son’s health and safety is paramount.
