Looking for help

I have recently finished a manuscript \"NOT A VERY PC CONSTABLE\" based on on my thirty years in the Metropolitan Police Force. It gives the \"black humour\" of serving officers and things they get up to. The manuscript has the content but lacks polish, a fresh mind can hopefully give it the wow factor!
