Ghost writer for 20 chapters - summer romance. Outline given

I have 20 chapters of a romance. However, the author is dyslexic and does not understand punctuation. I DO not merely want someone to put in punctuation, ie, a proofreader, editor. I need a creative writer to enhance the vocabulary and make it interesting. I would rather watch paint dry after attempting 19 chapters myself.
