Writer required to write copy for 2 brochures / guides

I hope someone can help. My partner and I run a cleaning company and we need 2 brochures / guides to be written. 1 will be for potential customers and will explain who we are, the service we provide, FAQ's etc. The second will be for a cleaner handbook which will be a guide for any cleaners explaining how to deal with customers, what to say at the intitial meeting, what to do if they cant make a clean etc.

This job should be fairly straightforward as I have a few copies of other cleaning companies guides which I can forward to the sucessful bidder. I require something very similar although obviously I would like my own reworded copy tailored to our company. Estimated circa 1500 words per brochure
