Turn the transcript of a day's training into a workbook

I have 56 page word document (40,000 words) which is the transcript of a day’s presentation I recently did. It still contains the prompts form the day and all the back ground text.

I now plan to sell the audio and video recording of the day and would like someone to edit this transcript and turn it into a work book to accompany the audio and videos. The work book may also be sold on its own as a normal book.

I will give you access to the power point slides and audio for the day so you can insert the pictures from the slides if you think it is appropriate.

I have attached the first 8 pages of the transcript so you can see what your task is.

I do not need the book designing (I have someone to do that for me) just the transcript editing so it makes sense.
