Re-write / improve my Grant Application bid

Hi
I am applying for a grant competition to develop my baby product and have 10 or so questions, which I have answered with approx 300-400 words on each subject. However, I am not sure its engaging and need an expert to either re-write or improve after reading the question, and where possible addressing any of the shortfalls with some suggestions. The re-write must be engaging so when the assessor reads it is drawn to the product and the business potential of the product.

Only experience professionals please as this is a serious bid for a Government grant.
