Looking for video sales script writer 100-250 words, 30-90 sec

I am looking for the right person to work with long term, to be part of my team and be available for video creation jobs for my marketing campaign clients. (Occasionally it may include writing website content as well when I get the larger project coming in, so once I've found the right person, the scope may increase.)
At the moment, I am setting up the marketing campaigns for my business with videos for myself and demo videos to show for my potential clients how their videos would look like.

I am creating short advertisement videos for my customers who are local businesses in selected professions such as: Plumbers, Electricians, Real estate agents, Beauty salons etc. (full list will be shared with interested candidates).

The Task
1. The task is to write the sales script for videos that put the business in pole position, over and above the competition in order to increase sales.
2. To spot and emphasise on their unique selling points, strengths or quirks that makes them so irresistible that the viewer can't wait to click or call them for business.
The length of the text is expected to be between 100-250 words per each video.
Voice over, music, images will be handled by the production team, I only need a great script as a base.

Have you done this or similar work like that or would you need to have a test project done?
Also by "long-term", I mean within a space of 2 months, I may come back to you 2-4 times a week to ask you to write a new script. If we get along well and you find the “voice” I am looking for, we can start with a project for the first 3 videos right away.

Please let me know how much you charge per video script, how long this will take you to complete and when can you start the work.
I have attached samples of past project work with voice over artist and background music just so that you have an idea of the level of quality I expect.
