Create new copy and design concept for small IT support business homepage

Hello.

I am currently looking for someone to create a new homepage design concept with copy for a small IT support company.

Please Note: I am not looking for a web designer at this stage. This is for a copy writer with a marketing/sales background and to come up with a homepage design concept to fit their copy writing.

The copy and design concept should aim to sell to small and medium sized business owners. This means as little IT jargon as possible while promoting all IT services.

Please provide evidence of similar work experience and estimated hours to complete.
