I'm looking for someone knowledgeable to write up short article about redundancy how it works. Its not a common practise in the domestic staff industry. very often nanny position come to the end as the children grow up and start attending school or nursery and therefore there is either reduction in hours or responsibilities, where they are asked to do housekeeping, what not many are keen to do.
