Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I’m looking for a UK based copywriter to help generate regular, quality articles, aimed at our key target markets. These are Local Authorities and Multi-academy Trusts.
The purpose of the articles is to demonstrate our understanding in managing their properties..
We are inviting copywriters to respond to the brief below. The selected copywriter will then be appointed to help us to deliver our content plan. This will involve liaising with property professionals to extract information, knowledge and expertise. On appointment, the fee for articles will be £30 and there will be approximately 24 articles over the year.
INITIAL DELIVERABLE - Three, 500 word articles
Subjects include;
New Public Procurement thresholds for 2018 – The EU is changing the procurement thresholds will affect all property managers. We set out the facts and reflect what this means for public sector property procurement and why it is important to be aware of frameworks.
The True cost of emergency housing – emergency housing costs are increasing, we look at some of the innovative ways (modular builds) the public sector is taking to tackle this issue
Compliance in schools – how can schools ensure they are compliant? How do they best manage and audit contractors?
Tone of voice
The way we speak to clients, prospective clients, employees, prospective employees, suppliers and our stakeholder influences their perceptions – and first impressions – of us as a business.
Now that we are competing for new business in a competitive world, the ‘way we sound’ is more important than ever. As a start-up we have a unique opportunity to shape a reputation that will help us secure a successful future.
Our tone of voice is; assured, can do, straightforward and positive (more available to successful writer).
