    That's an entry rate level of pay. If you require an expert you may need to rethink your budget, otherwise lower your expectations.

    Hi Jay, just to clarify, is your $150 a placeholder amount that you expect people to bid over? Because an expert writing 6500 words within three days would, of course, cost a lot more than $150. Also, if you want a 3-day turnaround, it would be useful to state when you will be awarding the job so bidders can ensure they have the time within their schedules. For example, awarding the project at 6pm on a Friday wouldn't be a nice thing to do unless you had agreed with the freelancer first.
