Write a Case study

Create 1 case study/customer success story with the following guidelines:

Length: aprox. 1000 words

Main goal: Create a case study / customer success story

Industry: Technology ( Customer acquired a software from a vendor)

This case study should be of easy read with a corporate approach (language) and tell a story. Measurable facts and bullet points should be used to summarise text ( not to replace)

Case Study Guidelines ( must include):
1. Intro: ( Rephrase/copy write an intro) - this will not involve content creation and I will just need review/rephrasing current text that it will not exceed 150 words

Write:
2. Business Challenge ( Customer’s issue)
3. Critical Success Factors ( Customer needs)
4. Solution ( What the vendor suggested and delivered to meet the needs)
5. Benefits ( Outcomes)
6. Future ( what can the customer expect and can do now with the solution/service implemented)

Full briefing delivered which include apro.8 pages of information to apply on the case study. This information is not formatted and it is mostly bullet points etc. It is necessary a good sense and skill of contextualize dispersed information into a logical message
