Description of support work: I need to create a FAQ for my website. I require 20 - 30 commonly asked questions.

I have my own FaceBook group with almost 4000 members. So I need the threads of my group to be searched for commonly asked questions and the answers given, catalogued and some way of demonstrating the frequency that question is asked..
