Need Business Bio's and Pictures Updated for New Website

We need someone to complete the personal biographies and pictures for four (4) directors of Non-Profit Organization to be included on their website.

The initials of each person and what needs to be done is as follows:

Director 1:
Comments: We need her Bio content to be modified to be 400 words.
Requirements: (1) Update enhancement on her personal biography. (2) Her personal picture should be modified to 300dpi and/or the highest possible resolution for web-ready format in Black and White color. (3) Picture should show chest area upward.

Director 2:
Comments: His picture and bio are in JPG format.
Requirements: We need someone to extract the text and put it in MS Word format. We also need his picture extracted and modified to 300dpi and/or the highest possible resolution for web-ready format in Black and White color.

Director 3.
Comments: We need her Bio content to be modified to be 400 words.
Requirements: (1) Update enhancement on her personal biography. (2) Her personal picture should be modified to 300dpi and/or the highest possible resolution for web-ready format in Black and White color. (3) Picture should show chest area upward.

Director 4.
Comments: We need his Bio content to be modified to be 400 words.
Requirements: (1) Update enhancement on his personal biography. (2) His personal picture should be modified to 300dpi and/or the highest possible resolution for web-ready format in Black and White color. (3) Picture should show chest area upward.

We need these things done NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29 2015.
