I am looking for someone who can interview my clients and basis feedback write 2 articles and get it published in prestigious journals in uk that are read by my target audience (corporate leaders and business owners) many of which are specifically women.

I guess it's that we are expert writers and can write something fantastic for you. We have the skills to do this exceptionally. You're unlikely to find someone who can do the second part for you. You could try splitting the job. Get an expert to write for you. Then in a different category get someone with expertise to promote it for you. They may not be able to get it published without paying though!
