This job entails writing sets of tweets for various local companies to go into social media streams. As blog posts are written and published you will be given the task of writing 10 -20 tweets for each post. You will also on occasion be given the task for writing 20 - 50 general tweets to help promote the company on twitter and other social channels.
You should be familiar with the style of writing for twitter and in particular, how to write tweets that entice interest and help promote the company and or its content.
For each task you will be expected to find the best hashtags to go with each set of tweets by using a popular hashtag finder like ritetag.com. You should have an excellent understanding of how hashtags work and that you understand that it's about categories of what people may look for, NOT just any high searched hashtag as these can sometimes be to general.
All tweets should be completed in a timely manner so that the content can be promoted in the channels soon after publication.
The right applicant will have an excellent command of the English language and should be converse in social media and some for of copyrighting skills, as the end goal is to attract more people from social media to each company's content and services.
Task times will vary as content and new clients come at different intervals. You will at times get quite a bit to do and on other occasions the work will be more quiet. In any respect, you will be required to finish the work within a reasonable time frame.
The Job pays $1 per tweets for a total of $10 - $20 per task request - eg tweets for a new blog post published onsite.
You will be required to write the tweets into an csv file but this will be provided to you as a template once you start.
Any chosen applicant will be hired on a trial basis whether any work submitted will be reviewed and feedback given.
