Ghost writer for a (long!) female health article

I need help composing a 28-page long document (600-650 words per page) about a very specific topic.
I would like for you to *research* and *compose* a document that describes the "typical" female menstrual cycle: DAY BY DAY. It is necessary that you already have female health as an interest, as I need deep dives into the research of this topic. It's helpful if you are a woman yourself who has experience with the menstrual cycle, but it's not a dealbreaker if you happen to be a man with a huge interest in the topic. I will hand you some primary sources to depart from, but if you find other CREDIBLE sources that you can refer to - feel free, the Internet is your playfield.

Each page should cover original texts covering ONE DAY AT A TIME, meaning:

Page 1 = Day 1 of menstrual cycle
Page 2 = Day 2 of menstrual cycle
...
Page 27= Day 27 of the menstrual cycle
Page 28 = Day 28 of menstrual cycle

The specific format PER PAGE will look something like:

* Science: ("What happens inside the body on a scientific level on this particular day. What hormones are present/not present/other processes")

* Foods: ("What nutrients/foods/suppliments can the woman eat to support her hormonal health on THIS particular day")

* Exercise: ("What SPECIFIC yoga postures/exercise/weight lifting/cardio exercises are helpful to do, to support hormonal health of this day")

* Self-care/Other

This 28-page piece is a VERY important part of a bigger project I'm working on, however, the overwhelm of the things to be done is a fact - and I need a pair of helping hands and you should be OK with the work belonging exclusively to me during and after the production is made. Hence "ghost-writer" title. The timeline for the project is delivery latest on the 5th of July.
