We are an outsourcing company that specialises in a number of services such as order processing, menu typing, transcription, data collection, data labelling and more. However, for this article we would like for you to write about Content Moderation through an outsourced company and how it can help businesses.

International Management - Our management have experience building businesses in Europe the USA and Asia.
Low Attrition Rate - Our attrition rate of employees leaving for other companies in 2018 was only 6.1%
Happy Employees - Our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) measuring employee loyalty was 86% in 2018.
Management - Managed means managed! Our teams are fully-managed meaning a senior Operations Manager will be able to support and manage the team throughout engagement. Freelancers on the other hand manage themselves and that can result in inconsistency of service, while other BPO companies simply don’t match us on our capability and high standards.
Communication - The Operations Manager will also act as the primary contact, with whom clients have regular catch up calls, usually once a week but more frequently in early stages. We'll also have a daily communications channel, such as Slack, set up if there's a need for such interaction, plus there’s the continued support of a London based Account Manager.
Finance - Cost is agreed early and invoices are easy to manage. We simply add up hours worked and invoice at the end of each month (No upfront costs). Client finance departments also value not having multiple invoices from various contractors at different rates flooding in!
Security - Our security credentials, such as our ISO27001 accreditation, are important to clients. Not all BPO companies hold the certification and freelancers are hard to vet. Clients benefit from this peace of mind.
Scalability - Scaling a team internally or via freelancing platforms can be time-consuming and cause huge strain on hiring, HR and training efforts. Working with a BPO Partner like us removes such headaches. Once ready to scale, we will take care of all the hiring & training meaning clients internal functions can focus on internal workload.
Training - To build on the above point, our 'Train-the-Trainer' methodology means clients don't have to regularly repeat training up new team members, we will take care of it, thus saving our clients further time and costs when teams need to scale.
