Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hi, i'm Finn. A UX/UI Designer.
In the next month, I plan to launch a new website that will showcase 10 projects completed within the last year. The site will also explain a bit about me and my profession. My overall aim is to appeal to large corporations to hire me as a freelance Designer.
The Problem +
I have currently drafted out about 7000 words to cover the portfolio and about sections of my website. I fear my explanations are a bit dry, perhaps to corporate. It would be great to have some life and personality injected into it. I enjoy reading freelance portfolios that share a sense of passion for the work they produce, I would love to share my work in the same way.
It would be great if you had experience in the following areas. (However I'm flexible for the ambitious type who would like to give something different a go).
• Created copy for Designers or Design Agencies
• Familiar with UX / UI or Design terminology
• Creates copy with SEO and content strategy in mind.
• Experienced in website copy that attracts views.
Portfolio +
I have currently created 600 - 700 words for each of the portfolio posts. Ideally this would need to be shortened down to 300 - 500 words. I have created a formula (based on some portfolio writing research) for how I discuss each case study. Which follows these steps:
• The result / outcome
• Problem statement
• Design tasks
• Process
• Summary
About +
The about section will also be repurposed for LinkedIn and various profile sites.
In the next few months I plan to expand the site to include 'service' and 'blog' pages. It would be great to work with someone moving forward, so the tone of voice would remain consistent.

What exactly are you expecting for an expert rate of £80?
Finn M.05 Jan 2019Thanks for your question. I admit, I am new to PPH as well as proposals for work. If the result is better than what I can achieve personally, then that would be a success. I appreicate this level of work would command a higher rate than whats on offer. I don't honestly expect anyone to under sell their talents. Some Professionals have messaged me with a proposal and a revised cost for their time. I respect this, and will try to expand the budget if I can. Thanks.
