I need a report done with recommendation comparing a range of survey tools

i have already had some reports done through pph on the matter, but what they are lacking is prices / and comparison against the requirements.

I need to produce a report that reviews and comparess Exact target and mail chimp. Currently the business use a tool called Adestra.

regular costs for Adestra are

Overage Cost-Per-Mail: £0.014


Requirements / and current limitations to consider

1. The lack of flexibility in the templates, meaning that developer support is required to deal with everything from minor formatting issues to adding a new section of content.
2. The lack of reporting, making it impossible to accurately gauge how many emails have been sent at any particular time
3. The ability to offer survey functionality to segment audiences (Adestra apparently does offer this, but our Account Manager hasn’t bothered to explain yet)
4. Ability to import/export contacts, and ideally integrate with preferred CRM solution
5. No long-term commitment required

6. Ease of integration with website, including email subscription forms and automated emails when online donation not completed
7. Where data is stored, and whether VSO are comfortable with donor/supporter data being hosted outside the EU.
• Data synchronisation with RE (Raiser’s Edge) as well as Salesforce – our Data team have a no. of processes where they export data from Adestra and import it into RE. I don’t suppose this is difficult but an important consideration all the same.
• Featuring video content in emails – Adestra do this but it costs
• While Adestra has all its issues it does have particularly good support (online chat, telephone etc.) so whatever we choose we’d want some level of support available.
• Again, this shouldn’t be anything that a decent ESP doesn't already offer but we’d want to be able to easily use conditional content

I want to produce a report and recommendation based on the above requirements and the costs.
