BID WRITING FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT needed.

I am looking for someone that could help write up a convincing bid/proposal to get financial support for our youth development and empowerment project.

ABOUT BID:

We are about to embark on a new building for a youth centre project for the development and empowerment of young people, catering for the homeless and destitute in the community. This is something we have been doing for more than 15years, but haven't really sort for any financial support from organizations that support causes like ours, so it is time to find that right person that could help us put together a convincing proposal for support etc.
