Description
Experience Level: Expert
We are looking to have our website www.carersinwiltshire.co.uk redesigned in Wordpress.
The brief for the redesign is as follows:
• Clean, clear, fresh, modern layout.
• Better structure and navigation of the content – nav bar across top with drop-down menus?
• Improved ease of finding specific information – search bar, ease of use
• More visually exciting bespoke design that reflects charity logo and colour branding
• The use of images incorporated into layout – something we don’t currently have!
• Responsive design – looks just as good on a smartphone or tablet as a desktop/laptop
• Meets accessibility regulations for people with visual impairments or learning disability (easy-read option? Option to alter colour format and text size like on http://www.wiltshirecil.org.uk/)
• Searchable training opportunities – list with the ability to click to see further details. Function to filter by location, condition, date etc. (We like http://lift.awp.nhs.uk/swindonandwilts/all-courses/browse/) and the option to book with an electronic form underneath.
• All What’s On activities with search criteria to filter – either on calendar facility or listed like training ops. Again, with the option to click to read more and book via an online form.
• Encourage donations – donation button present and featured case studies
• Social media integration – links to social media pages and the ability to share articles/pages on social media
• Option to sign-up for weekly updates from CSW – a sign-up box featured across the site
• News page to feature regular articles and updates from CSW and other external sources (local/national press stories of interest etc)
We will require the content to be installed as part of the project.
We invite bids for the redevelopment of this website. www.carersinwiltshire.co.uk
Please note we require all bids to include links to a portfolio of previous work. We would also welcome a snapshot or brief outline of their proposed design(s) for this project.
Any questions will be answered promptly via PPH.
