Website development

I have an old website, this website is a guide to a particular cat breed, which is performing well in google search results.

The person taking on this project should be aware of excellent SEO, and to make sure the website retains it's existing rankings.

The website should have great seo friendly coding, and have lightning fast loading times.

I have created the design which I would like to be implemented using wordpress. All images will be provided by me.

The website will need extra pages geared towards allowing breeders of the cat breed to be able to advertise on the website, whilst also offering a featured spot on the homepage, and the top of the cat breeders page. The website should accommodate the following countries - UK, USA, CANADA, and European countries. A modern design will be required for this page, and will not be supplied by me, however I can work with the developer to find the right balance.

The website will also need a Q&A page, where people who are interested in the breed, or own the particular breed may ask questions. The cat breeders who advertise on the website will be able to answer these questions, and each answer, will have a thumbs up like function, whereby the answers will be in order of links or thumbs up. All relevant pages for advertising etc should be created.

The designer/developer should work closely with me in completing this project with regular updates.

If you wish to link back to your website (ie website created by type of links) then please do not make a proposal.

Those interested in working with me on this project, please explain exactly what you can complete for the website and if their is anything listed above that you feel you may not be able to complete, or if you have any restrictions in terms of revisions etc.

Could you please also include a time frame for project completion.
