Hi Chris,

I am wondering if you can help me with the following two issues that I am having with my newly created site, webcodemojo.com.

1) I installed a plug-in called "Page scroll to id". It enables links in a top menu to scroll to different sections of a webpage when the links are clicked. I installed the plug-in and set it up. The scrolling works fine, but there are configurations with the plug-in that are not working. I mean that I change configurations in the Settings section of WordPress, but the changes do not take effect. I think it may be an AngularJS issue since the links show "ng-href" when I look at the menu in Firefox via 'Inspect Element'.

Specifically,I am trying to get the configurations of the plug-in to work so that I can have the scrolling be offset by the size of the top menu and also so that when the menu items are clicked or scrolled to, the menu items remain highlighted. This is all functionality of the plug-in that I cannot get to work.

2) My other issue is that after going to my website or after clicking one the menu items...If I then refresh the page, the page reloads but functionality/content is impacted. Those impacts are:

a. Slider does not show
b. Portfolio does not show
c. Menu links do not work
d. Back to top scroll link does not work

Again, these things are all okay on my site when you first visit the page (it's only a one page site), but after refreshing the page or clicking on a link to view a different part of the page, these issues develop.

Are you able to help me with this? If so, how much would it cost?

I can provide more info to help you get started, but I thought I would first email you to see if you thought this was something you could fix and for how much? Let me know if I need to clarify anything.

Thanks!
Scott
