I am starting a new blog on Wordpress and I need to install this theme http://themeforest.net/item/gonzo-clean-responsive-wp-magazine/2415788

I am looking for someone who can install the theme, and also set plugin/widgets and link with social media accounts (facebook, twitter, pininterest, youtube)

Quick questiion:
Do I need a premium account on WOrdpress to install the theme?
