Create Wordpress Affiliate Site with ReHub and ContentEgg

GOAL:
The purpose of the website will be to display products available from different online retailers (like amazon,ebay etc )through affiliate API’s.
In short, Affiliate website using the PAID Rehub Wordpress Theme (from Envato Market) and Content Egg / Affiliate Egg Plugin (see links below).

PLEASE NOTE :
I have already done Hosting
I have already done installation of WORDPRESS 
I have already done installation of Theme ReHub & Plugins
I have NOT registered for Affiliate Programms like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy etc. yet.

AS YOU APPLY, PLEASE NOTE:
Kindly do not post generic bids. If you do not have any idea how to do this job do not bid on this project.
You must know exactly how this theme works and I am looking for someone who has worked with it in the past. Please show in your application examples of ReHub Affiliate sites you have worked on in the past/how my site could look.
Please know that Rehub/Contentegg is an integral part of the site and cannot be changed. At the end the website should work and start generating revenue.
