Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: It's an online community shared between 2 Wordpress subsites
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of requirements/features: We are using a paid Wordpress plugin called UserPro to display user profiles on our site who interact with each other. There are 2 types of users each on a different Wordpress subsite. But all users (who become a specific user role) appear on each subsite.
We have two small jobs:
JOB 1. Userpro has the ability to list users in a directory front end. At present this list cannot ordered by 'Last Login' - We would like the most recent person who logged in at the top of the directory going down in descending order. We need someone to write a bit of code to do this.
NOTE; We have a plugin installed called wp-last-login which records when people last login. Using this plugin it may be easier to do this job.
We regularly update UserPro with the latest version, so we would prefer not to 'hack' the core files (although some have already been change by us)
UserPro details (including online manuals and forums) can be found here:
http://userproplugin.com/userpro/
JOB 2. When a user becomes a specific user role they are 'activated/ appear' on the other sub-site. However, at present this user role will change (on the site they signed up to) after 2 years (once their membership runs out).
We would also like their user role to change on the other sub-site too. We need someone to write some code for this.
Extra notes: We are looking for someone who is proficient in Wordpress and PHP.
Once you are accepted we can let you know the of files within UserPro we are using to display the members directory.
