Hi, please give me a fixed priced bid but a breakdown of time you expect it to take for each feature/fix.
Have a website: http://bit.ly/IyGYuJ
Require the following:
1) store the added price for a watch make and model
2) have a facility to send reminder emails
3) produce a list of missing watches and images
Detail:
When logged in to the CMS you go to “Enquiries”, these are all the submissions by customers through the website who want to sell their watches. There is a test one in there that we can use - ID 1239 - just click the edit symbol to view the details.
The way the system should work is like this - when a customer submits their watch make and model to sell, if there is a price in the system already entered, then the customer gets an offer email straight away. If there is no price, then admin fills in the “Quoted Price” and sends “Offer Email”.
A stored price is added via the link on that screen where it says “No price in system at the time of enquiry: Click here to add price” - when you click the link it opens a window to enter a price.
The problem is here when you enter a price in that window and then save, the price doesn’t save and so the whole automated process doesn’t work.
So need that save to work, so a price is stored when added.
--
The other thing needed is to add is a facility to send out reminder emails whenever needed. So we would have a generic email that would have dynamic tags for name, watch make and model, price quoted, and the time between the last emails. Then we could have a send reminder button that would fire out the email and store the date sent. They can then do this as many times as they want.
--
Also there is a database of watch brands that will have models (series) and images associated and each model should have a list of watches and an image associated to it. However there are many brands with no images and series, and many series without images and many series without watches etc. If you look at the link Complete List it will make sense.
We need to somehow pull out a list of all “Brand Series” with no watches associated, all Brand Series with no image, and all watches with no images. Is that possible?
