Our vTigerCRM 6.5 Customer Portal is up, but not running as it should be.
Minimum requires is, that Customers with access to the portal should be able to
- See open quotes issued to their organization (list and detail views)
- Post and see all trouble tickets related to their organization (list and detail views), and add comments from CustomerPortal
All other modules should not be shown in Customerportal's Menu if vTigerCRM setting of "See Records across Organization" is disabled.
