We use AffinityLive (www.affinitylive.com)
It has an API (http://www.affinitylive.com/company/blog/harness-the-power-of-the-affinitylive-api/)
We track support tickets, referred to as issues in the system.
We would like a live dashboard showing the status of live issues so that we can make sure that issues aren't left unattended to, and so that we keep within our response time targets.
When I say live, updating once per minute is fine. It'd be nicer if it refreshed via AJAX rather than having to reload, and that changes since the last refresh were highlighted somehow.
The dashboard needs to look nice and clean. A Bootstrap style interface would be ideal.
I don't mind too much what it's written in, but have a preference for PHP as I can read that. I'll be hosting it once it's developed.
The dashboard only needs to read information from AffinityLive and display it. There is potential to develop this dashboard further at a later date, for example to notify engineers by text if their issue needs attention, i.e. because it has missed it's due date.
I'm keen to have this dashboard up and running within the next couple of weeks.
